“东方美学，贵雅之境”是我们要创造的新中式意境。景观设计运用了大量的围墙格栅，体现高宅大院的领属感，几进院落设计，层层递进，丰富景观的层次及趣味，大面积镜面水景于感觉方格草坪的结合，步移景异，豁然开朗，正如《桃花源记》的“有良田美池桑竹之属”。竹子是该项目的细节设计语言，竹子线条刚直挺拔，通过简化提取后运用于格栅灯具灯细节的设计。
