The overall feeling is luxurious but extremely authentic, modern but contains a bit of elegance of ancient beauty. Everything is coordinated flexibly to successfully express the generous yet sophisticated personality of a high-class living space.
No longer heavy and meditative like the Luxury space of centuries ago, the project has a new and trendy atmosphere with cold, reflective materials and sophisticated design. The main color is quiet and elegant, limiting the presence of hot tones combined with delicate interior decoration… All have created a symbolic space for the successful, youthful and lively style of the era.

Waiting area
When moving from the private elevator to the apartment, you will first arrive at the lobby area. The lobby space brings a sense of classy, trendy beauty with a combination of luxurious stone and high-quality wood. The center of the room is arranged with a pair of “powerful” red-black tone armchairs with a soft velvet upholstery design combined with a white marble table to create a highlight for the room. On the other hand, wood-paneled walls not only bring a sense of solidity and high aesthetics but also contribute to bringing warmth to the space.
Living room
The living room impresses with the combination of stone and wood. With their solid and solid properties, these two materials have contributed to enhancing the elegance of the space. The kitchen area is full of personality with the main neutral color tone. The highlight here is the gently but impressively decorated wall surface thanks to the deep striped pattern. The parallel design makes the kitchen more spacious and airy. At the same time, it helps the chef to be flexible in the cooking stages with separate wet and dry areas.
Master bedroom
With a simple interior layout but without losing its elegance and luxury, it can be seen that the beauty of the master bedroom space comes from the harmonious combination of materials, colors and styles of each piece of furniture. In terms of color, vivid colors like brown and bronze from metal and wood are balanced on white and gray tones from fabric and stone. Contrast always creates a new feeling for space. The bed area and dressing room are clearly separated, but there is still no lack of connection thanks to the use of stylized mezzanine walls to separate the space. In addition, the console decorated with a cool color painting will be an eye-catching highlight for this space.

The bedroom space has gentle, cozy tones with a combination of elegant beige tones, rustic wood tones and unique gray accents on the furniture. In general, all three small bedroom spaces are arranged according to almost the same concept with the criteria of elegant colors – minimalist interior, but each bedroom has its own “flavor” and brings unexpected and new emotions despite the old layout.

Luxurious office with cool color tones from glass, monolithic wall tiles to dark wood. Therefore, to balance the space, the architect cleverly integrated fabric furniture and arranged yellow light to create warmth in the space.

The WC area brings the feeling of a luxurious, high-class space with a combination of marble and rose gold decorative details. In addition to the sink area and delicate transparent glass shower stall, the architect has arranged a bathtub next to the window to bring the best relaxing experience to users.
