Sometimes you just want a fuss-free makeover. Say hello to peel-and-stick surfaces that can help you to reinvent your bathroom for less. There is a sense of calm in uniformity, as demonstrated in this sage green bathroom. The herringbone arrangement of Sodai’s ‘Roots’ tiles, from Lapicida, continues from the floor upwards, where they are framed by a burgundy trim. The palette continues with two Sodai ‘Silkroad’ porcelain wall panels, also from Lapicida, flanking the door. The shape of the arched mirror echoes that of the door frame, neatly tying the scheme together.

Balineum’s artful, hand-painted tiles have long inspired creativity, and this mixture of modern subway and geometric patterned styles is no exception. Here, Henri Fitzwilliam-Lay has used the company’s pale blue and black ‘Hanley Tube Line’ tiles. The Water Monopoly’s ‘Rockwell’ taps pick up on the tiles, while bronze details bring an industrial feel.
