时上建筑空间设计：项目所在的丽水古堰画乡，依傍拥有千年历史的世界水利灌溉遗产——通济堰。这座建于1500多年前的拱形坝，是世界上最早、且仍在使用的大型水利工程之一，凝聚着人类在800里瓯江两岸生产生活的劳动智慧，被誉为东方“天地人和”文明的地理教科书。

ATDESIGN：The project’s location, in Lishui’s Ancient Weir Painting Village, is nestled against the millennia-old Tongji Weir, a World Heritage Site for irrigation and water conservation. Built over 1,500 years ago, this arched dam is one of the world’s earliest large-scale irrigation projects still in use. It embodies the ingenuity of human labor and life along the 800-li Oujiang River, and is hailed as a geographical textbook of Eastern civilization’s “harmony between heaven, earth, and man.”

▽优渥的自然环境背景

作为浙江省文化厅推动的古宅焕新计划的一部分，本次咖啡店改造在延续建筑原有肌理的同时，引入更开放的空间界面，使其在保留历史场域氛围的同时融入当代生活场景。

As part of the ancient house renewal project promoted by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, this coffee shop renovation continues the original texture of the building while introducing a more open spatial interface, allowing it to integrate into contemporary life scenes while preserving the historical atmosphere.

▽咖啡店在保留历史场域氛围的同时融入当代生活场景

建筑整体沿水而建，横向舒展，立面体块穿插有序，呈现出清晰的几何构图。大面积玻璃界面引入自然景致，使室内外界限更为开放。

The building is built along the water, stretching horizontally, with the facade blocks interspersed in an orderly manner, presenting a clear geometric composition. Large glass interfaces introduce natural scenery, making the boundary between indoor and outdoor more open.

▽沿水而建的咖啡店

外部的灰空间进行了重构。原本功能模糊的平台被转译为台阶式江景观演区域，形成了可坐、可行、可用的户外互动场地，使江岸生活更具开放性与延展性。

The gray space outside was reconstructed. The original platform with ambiguous functions was transformed into a stepped river view performance area, forming a sitable, walkable and usable outdoor interactive venue, making riverside life more open and extensible.

入口空间采用内凹式设计，适度退让，弱化了界面的直接性。雨链元素垂挂于檐口一侧，与沿河的开放式步道相呼应，细节中融入生活的松弛感与自然的节奏。

The entrance space adopts a concave design, which is moderately retreated and weakens the directness of the interface. The rain chain element hangs on one side of the eaves, echoing the open trail along the river, and the details are integrated with the relaxation of life and the rhythm of nature.

▽内凹式设计的入口空间

浅色调家具营造松弛氛围，木质元素增添温润质感。在这，能惬意享受与自然相融的闲适时光，仿佛身处一幅宁静的山水生活画卷里 ，很适合放空、品茶，感受慢节奏的美好。

Light-colored furniture creates a relaxing atmosphere, and wooden elements add a warm texture. Here, you can enjoy the leisure time blending with nature, as if you are in a tranquil landscape painting. It is very suitable for relaxing, tasting tea, and feeling the beauty of a slow pace.

大面积落地玻璃幕墙，将山水绿意毫无保留地纳入，让身处其中的人，仿佛悬浮于自然山水间，随时可与湖光山色对望。

The large floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall incorporates the greenery of mountains and rivers without reservation, making people feel as if they are floating among the natural landscape and can look at the lake and mountains at any time.

最右侧的新扩展区为茶饮空间，设计上以灵活的移门系统划分为“可开可合”的包厢格局，兼具茶叙与小型会议等多重使用场景。空间内构建了一个圆形框景结构，呼应宋代园林“借景造意”的美学逻辑，与中部方形卡座形成节奏对比，也为访客提供了多维取景视角。

The new extension area on the far right is a tea drinking space, which is divided into “openable and closable” boxes by a flexible sliding door system, accommodating multiple usage scenarios such as tea gatherings and small meetings. A circular frame structure is constructed in the space, echoing the aesthetic logic of “borrowing scenery to create meaning” in Song Dynasty gardens, forming a rhythmic contrast with the square booths in the middle, and also providing visitors with a multi-dimensional perspective.

▽“可开可合”的茶饮空间

以实木打造长桌、书架与座椅框架，借自然纹理与温润质感奠定空间基调；左侧透光添加了朦胧的层次，营造出静谧宜读、质朴自然的氛围。

The long table, bookshelf and chair frames are made of solid wood, using natural texture and warm texture to set the tone of the space; the light on the left side adds a hazy layer, creating a quiet, readable, simple and natural Zen atmosphere.

中部区域原为小酒吧，现整合为咖啡与酒饮复合空间。吧台重新设计，并作为连接三栋建筑的中轴界面，一端联动早餐区，另一端服务新增的茶饮包厢区，既维系动线连续性，也强化了中央公共性的身份。

The central area was originally a small bar, but now it is integrated into a complex space for coffee and wine. The bar counter has been redesigned and serves as the central axis connecting the three buildings. One end is connected to the breakfast area, and the other end serves the newly added tea box area, which not only maintains the continuity of the traffic line, but also strengthens the public identity of the center.

▽中部咖啡与酒饮复合空间

外，是烟雨朦胧的山水长卷，湖水如镜，山峦在雾气里若隐若现；内，是简约静谧的茶事场域，质朴茶席、柔和灯光，营造出东方禅意氛围。

Outside, there is a long scroll of misty mountains and rivers, with the lake like a mirror and the mountains looming in the fog; inside, there is a simple and quiet tea venue, with rustic tea tables and soft lighting, creating an oriental Zen atmosphere.

早餐厅，面向江岸的大面积落地玻璃窗，将室内视线完全打开，营造出江景即景墙的通透感。设计师有意将就餐区设置在相对靠内的位置，释放沿窗一侧为更自由的休闲阅读与拍照体验，形成“风景先行”的日常序列。

The breakfast room has large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the river bank, which completely open up the indoor view and create a sense of transparency with the river view as the wall. The designer intentionally set the dining area relatively inward, freeing up the window side for more free leisure reading and photo taking experience, forming a daily sequence of “scenery first”.

茶咖空间的落成，不仅完善了沿江的公共生活带，也为古堰画乡注入了新的日常活力，使建筑在千年水利文化与当下生活之间形成持续的对话。

The completion of the tea and coffee space not only improves the public living area along the river, but also injects new daily vitality into the ancient weir painting village, allowing the building to form a continuous dialogue between the thousand-year-old water conservancy culture and contemporary life.
