Hong Kong– and Istanbul-based Studio Yellowdot reimagined Italy’s most beloved food for “Edible Reveries,” a multi-sensory installation during Milan Design Week for Artisia, an experimental brand by pasta manufacturer Barilla. Chefs served up 3D-printed noodle nests, which visitors enjoyed while perusing seating that resembled oversized tubular pasta shapes.
