德珈设计：当大地成为感官的乐土，松弛便是万物伸展的本能，一切皆被赋予“恣意伸展”的自由。

DEAL：When the earth becomes a paradise for the senses, relaxation becomes the instinct of all things to stretch, and everything is given the freedom to “stretch freely”.

PART1 项目概况

[城市与海的呼吸缓冲区]

这里是距离海岸线500米的“生态肺叶”，比海浪更早触摸到热带季风的脉搏。不同于传统城市公园，我们试图让这片土地成为“自然与城市的转译者”。

这是一次从人造景观到自主生境，逐渐建立生物多样性的生态重构。

PART1 Project Overview

[Breathing Buffer Zone between City and Sea]
500 meters away from the coastline, the ‘ecological lung’ touches the pulse of the tropical monsoon earlier than the waves. Unlike traditional urban parks, we seek to transform this land into a “translator between nature and the city.”

We envision this park as an ecological restructuring from man-made landscapes to self-sustaining habitats, gradually fostering biodiversity.

At Luxe Park, nature is not merely a backdrop for the city, but a partner in co-evolution—both thriving in shared vitality.

设计仅提供[舞台]——让路径像藤蔓般自然生长，步伐于绿意间相互交织。

PART2 Unordered Citizens Stages

We only provide stages – allowing the path to grow naturally like a vine, with steps interwoven between greenery.

▽硬质道路渐渐隐入土地肌理，形成可被赤足辨识的天然路径系统

The unfolding narrative of this place is spontaneously scripted by its citizens: botanical workshops under sunny skies, discoveries of frogspawn after summer storms.

脚掌贴近土地的温度、草木的轮廓、砂砾的粗砺……不再隔着层层外壳与世界对话，用身体最松弛的状态去感受自然。

PART3 Tropical Rhythms Unlocked by Bare Soles

Children’s bare soles connect with the land—feeling its warmth, tracing plant contours, sensing gravel’s coarseness… Shedding the barriers of modern life, we engage in unfiltered sensory dialogue with nature through complete bodily presence.

PART4 生境的松弛

每个花园都在长成它们想要成为的样子
麓岛公园可持续水系，自然而然形成了五大植物主题花园，谱写出丰富的热带生命教科书

PART4 Ecological Relaxation

Each garden evolves into its own ecological expression. At Luxe Park, the sustainable water system organically gives rise to five distinct botanical realms—a living anthology of tropical biodiversity.

结语

这里没有”建成”的概念，只有土地持续的自我书写。我们只是种下了一个可能——“当人类学会用脚掌阅读土地

松弛便成了最深刻的对话方式”。麓岛公园的篇章就交给季风、根系与光脚的孩子去完成。

Conclusion

Here, “completion” dissolves into the land’s perpetual self-writing. We merely planted a possibility— “When humans learn to read the earth with bare soles, relaxation becomes the deepest dialogue.” Luxe Park’s narrative now unfolds through monsoons, root systems, and barefoot children.
