Design style
Luxury – The trendiest style today has been applied by Decox Design to a 125m2 home at The River Thu Thiem. With the idea of using reflective materials to “light up” the home, the architect used a combination of materials such as metal, stone, crystal, glass and gold-plated details to decorate the living space.
However, the problem here is how to harmonize the cold materials so that the apartment does not become cold and rough. Living room
With the living room area, the sufficient element is that the furniture is carefully selected, with just enough and balanced furniture to avoid ostentatious errors that cause unsightliness and cramping. With only basic furniture such as sofa, tea table and TV, the overall look is still extremely impressive thanks to the clever color combination and innovative design of interior decoration details. The most visible is the sofa set with a simple but no less unique and fancy design with checkered details and luxurious gold-plated metal edges along the edges. A special feature of the living room space is the transparent glass ceiling system, which not only expands the space, makes the living room more spacious and rich in depth, but also makes the space more sparkling thanks to the light reflection effect and enhances the beauty of the house.
Kitchen
The living room – kitchen and dining room areas are designed in a convenient open format. The kitchen is arranged in a thoughtful U-shaped system. This design will bring a space that is both open and discreet, ensuring privacy for the cook but still maintaining the spaciousness and connectivity for the whole. One side of the kitchen is used to create a sink area and mini bar. Thanks to this flexibility, the kitchen seems to be more balanced in terms of spatial layout, aesthetics and function.
Dining room
The luxurious glass-topped oval dining table set has colors in harmony with other spaces, and is also full of charm with soft, flexible lines. Not stopping there, all aesthetic values have continuously increased with the appearance of elegant modern wine cabinets and unique pendant lights on the mirrored ceiling… all of which have fully revealed the elegant and sophisticated beauty of the dining area.
Master bedroom
In the master bedroom, in addition to the individual beauty, luxury and elegance pursued throughout the concept, newness is also a factor that creates the apartment’s value. This is clearly shown through the erasure of the boundaries of spaces such as the bed, bathroom and dressing room. Through vision, every space is flexibly connected to each other. It can be said that this unconventional arrangement is like a breath of fresh air blowing uniqueness into the home, turning a simple bedroom into a more lively and upscale one.
Girl’s bedroom
Still keeping the main neutral color tone to be consistent with the whole, however, considering the children’s age preferences, the architect has moderated the gray color and added cute pastel pink tones and the color of wood to balance the space. Overall, the baby’s bedroom space is organized according to standards that promote convenience and interior versatility. Specifically, bunk beds are arranged in a corner. Opposite is a system of aesthetic and tidy study desks. The plus point of this space is that the items are arranged vertically and avoid spreading horizontally. This principle helps save space and increase storage capacity very effectively.
WC
The harmonious combination of two contrasting color tones contributes to visual stimulation, making the WC space more eye-catching and impressive. To promote the spirit of luxury and upper-class standards of the Luxury style, the design used high-quality marble throughout the space from walls to floors and furniture.
Balcony
The area of an apartment balcony is often not very impressive, so many homeowners overlook and ignore this space. However, with this project, Decox has taken advantage of every corner to turn the balcony into an extremely “chill” bar so the whole family can eat together, chat and watch the beautiful city at night.
