Design style
Modern style with beauty coming from simplicity and sophistication in every line but no less luxurious is always in the top of current trending design styles. This is also one of the rare styles that is widely used in housing design from apartments, townhouses to villas, especially this style is also an effective solution for apartments with modest areas. With the outstanding advantages, aesthetic value and utility that modern style brings, Decox Design decided to apply this style to the SaiGon Royal apartment project with an area of 120m2. Here, the architects chose to use the main white-beige color tone combined with wood material and add a little decorative pattern on the wallpaper to help make the space more cozy as well as create a highlight for the apartment.
Living room
Design a spacious living room area thanks to a minimalist, scientific interior layout. The living room space only has some basic furniture such as a soft cornered cream sofa set combined with a modern round flat tea table, a small footstool and a highlight with a large art painting placed behind the sofa area. Besides, to increase relaxation for users as well as create connection inside and outside the house while bringing nature into the living space, the architect has displayed a small pot of green plants next to the sofa. In addition, designing a large glass door system adjacent to the living room area and balcony is also a solution to optimize the natural light source entering the house, making the apartment more spacious and airy. To be flexible in regulating this amount of light, you can use 2-layer curtains or combine horizontal wooden blinds like in this apartment interior design model.
Kitchen – Dining room
In order to optimize the usable area and increase the connection between spaces, the architect has eliminated walls or partitions that cause clutter and instead has a completely open design in the living-kitchen area. The modern I-shaped kitchen design integrates both upper and lower kitchen cabinets to increase storage space for users. Parallel to the main kitchen area is an island with integrated modern dining table. This design not only contributes to creating a closed space to help ensure privacy for the chef, while the dining table also plays the role of delimiting the space, concretizing the function of each area.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom space is modern, innovative and impressive with the creative design of a storage system integrated with a bedside cabinet. In addition to the main delicate beige tone, the architect also combined wood materials from the floor to furniture to increase the warmth of the space while creating a relaxing atmosphere to help improve the homeowner’s spirit and sleep quality. The bedroom design also integrates a WC area inside to increase convenience for the homeowner.
Secondary bedroom 1
The interior design of the secondary bedroom area is modern and cozy with a scientific layout and arrangement. In addition to basic furniture such as a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and storage cabinet, the room also has a small desk set next to the window area. Here, you can flexibly use the interior depending on your actual purposes.
Secondary bedroom 2
The bedroom space is modern, spacious, mixed with a bit of liveliness and cuteness, very suitable as a bedroom for small children. To create the most spacious space possible so that children can easily run, jump, and play without worrying about obstacles, the architect has eliminated as many redundant interior details as possible. In addition, flat beds are also a good suggestion to ensure safety for children.
WC
Designing a modern and comfortable bathroom area with a clear dry and wet zone, due to space limitations, the architects decided to use a standing shower for the common bathroom area as well as the master bedroom bathroom. In addition, unique floor and wall tiles are also a way to add highlights to this space.
