The office block is designed in harmony with the surrounding. Design solutions utilize the view towards Nguyen Van To street as well as 2 other roads adjacent to the land. For façade solution, the building envelope minimizes the climate’s adverse effects and conserves energy. ARDOR is the lead design contractor for Architecture, Structure, and MEP for the project from concept to construction design. The design is in compliance with the high-rise buildings and civil design standards. Essential amenities are outlaid first in order to create high convenience and high investment efficiency (effective coefficient of use).

The targeted users are students who study and train under the Japanese training program.

The cube is simply designed with a double skin facade. The outer shell is concrete slats, covering the glass inner layer which is arranged in a straight manner to convey the meaning of collaboration and integrated development.

The material is used with three main colors that are characteristics of Japan: white represents the majestic snowy mountains, red represents the color of Japanese culture, blue brings the idea of ​​water. The elements are combined harmoniously and intentionally to create a unique feature of the project
