WTD纬图设计：在距离北京 120 公里的承德市滦平，金山岭长城如时间的守望者绵延于燕山山脉深处。阿那亚金山岭藏于这片雄浑山峦包裹的谷地间，山林形成隔绝尘嚣的天然屏障，与长城共同构成三重围合的庇护空间 —— 中心小镇为内核，半山建筑为中层，群山叠嶂为外围，成为让人身心舒展的山居秘境。本次纬图设计呈现项目包含naive理想国书店、author’s room Hotel、金山岭·小芃度假酒店、山谷泳池、藏式样板庭院，景观延续项目 “克制介入自然” 的核心理念，以在地性为根脉，低维护为准则，在成本可控、通达安全的前提下，用简约设计语言让阿那亚金山岭成为更纯粹的山野栖居地。

WTD: Twelve miles from Beijing, in Luanping, Chengde, the Jinshanling Great Wall stretches like a sentinel of time deep within the Yanshan Mountains. Nestled within this majestic valley embraced by towering peaks, Anaya Jinshanling is shielded from the clamour of the outside world by its surrounding forests. Together with the Great Wall, they form a triple-layered sanctuary: the central village at its heart, mid-level buildings clinging to the hillside, and the layered mountains forming the outer perimeter. This creates a secluded mountain retreat where mind and body find profound relaxation. This Weitu Design presentation encompasses Naive Ideal Kingdom Bookstore, Author’s Room Hotel, Jinshanling · Xiaopeng Resort Hotel, Valley Pool, and Tibetan-style model courtyard. The landscape design upholds the project’s core principle of ‘restrained intervention in nature,’ rooted in local context and guided by low-maintenance principles. Within controlled budgets and ensuring accessibility and safety, a minimalist design language elevates Anaya Jinshanling into a more authentic mountain retreat.

▽山谷中的精神栖息地/阿那亚金山岭

酒店组团坐落于场地西南侧，7 米的南北高差勾勒出剪刀形开放格局。建筑以硬朗几何线条与悬挑结构呼应烽火台的古朴轮廓，低伏姿态顺着山脉走势自然延展。景观顺势而为，以折线形林涧小径串联酒店内外空间，这种线条灵感正源自长城的蜿蜒肌理，既消解了高差带来的通行障碍，又形成与远山轮廓的呼应。

The hotel complex is situated on the southwestern edge of the site, where a 7-metre elevation difference between north and south delineates a scissor-shaped open layout. The architecture echoes the rustic contours of ancient beacon towers through its bold geometric lines and cantilevered structures, its low-slung form extending naturally along the mountain’s contours. The landscape follows this natural rhythm, linking interior and exterior spaces through zigzagging forest paths. This linear inspiration draws directly from the winding texture of the Great Wall, both mitigating the access challenges posed by the elevation difference and creating a visual dialogue with the distant mountain contours.

作为酒店形象界面的东侧临街面，采用长城垒石工艺以毛石与马蹄石混砌墙体作为昭示，未经打磨的自然面保留石材的原生纹理，让空间与百年长城形成材质上的精神共鸣。

The eastern façade facing the street, serving as the hotel’s visual interface, employs Great Wall masonry techniques. Walls constructed with a mix of rough-hewn stones and horseshoe stones serve as a declaration. The unpolished natural surfaces preserve the stone’s original texture, creating a material resonance between the space and the century-old Great Wall.

针对北方山区寒冷多风、冬季漫长的气候特征，我们以 “最小干预” 实现生态与成本的平衡，构建起自我循环的低维护系统。场地两侧山体坡度较大，设计顺应坡地地势入口形成一条长 60 余米的溪沟，溪沟与积水塘共同构成雨水花园核心，雨季可蓄水成为自然溪谷，旱季则以枯山水景观形态存在，铺陈的卵石与匍匐灌草再现了北方山野的原生质感，形成 “雨时潺潺、旱时沉静” 的动态景观。

In response to the cold, windy climate and prolonged winters characteristic of northern mountainous regions, we achieved ecological and cost balance through “minimal intervention”, establishing a self-sustaining, low-maintenance system. With steep slopes flanking the site, the design follows the terrain to form a 60-metre-long stream channel at the entrance. This channel, together with a retention pond, constitutes the core of the rain garden. During the rainy season, it accumulates water to form a natural stream valley; in dry periods, it exists as a dry landscape garden. The laid pebbles and creeping shrubs and grasses recreate the native texture of northern mountain wilderness, forming a dynamic landscape that is ‘trickling in rain, serene in drought’.

▽溪沟在四季呈现出不同的景观风貌

植物设计挑选低维护、耐低温、观赏性佳的在地植物群落。以色叶乔银杏搭建起乔木骨架，叶片随季节变化而变化，在秋季铺就满地金黄，与长城的苍劲、山体的雄浑形成温暖对话。铺地柏等匍匐灌木与野生地被构成下层植被，刻意保留的裸露土壤还原了北方山地 “稀薄野放” 的植被特征。

Plant design selects low-maintenance, cold-tolerant, and ornamentally appealing native plant communities. The canopy framework is established by silver-leaved Ginkgo biloba trees, whose foliage transforms seasonally. Come autumn, they carpet the ground in golden hues, creating a warm dialogue with the rugged grandeur of the Great Wall and the imposing mountain massif. Creeping junipers and other ground-hugging shrubs, alongside native groundcovers, form the understorey vegetation. Deliberately exposed patches of soil restore the characteristic sparse, wild vegetation typical of northern mountain landscapes.

▽植物营造出荒野氛围

建筑内部天井庭院，碎石铺底搭配耐阴攀墙植物与芒草，仅用一株小叶红枫点缀，既适应了光照不足的微环境，又以极简配置实现了 “室内山野” 的意境营造。

Within the building’s internal courtyard, a gravel base is paired with shade-tolerant climbing plants and pampas grass, accented by a single small-leaved red maple. This arrangement not only adapts to the micro-environment’s limited light but also achieves the aesthetic of an “indoor wilderness” through minimalist composition.

泳池作为酒店的延伸空间，以嵌入山体的姿态悬挂在海拔900m山谷之间，如一颗美丽的蓝眼睛，将周边金色山野倒影眼底。悬挑结构让池体仿佛轻盈漂浮于崖边，与远处的山谷音乐厅形成视觉呼应。

The swimming pool, serving as an extension of the hotel, is suspended between valleys at an altitude of 900 metres, embedded within the mountainside. Like a beautiful blue eye, it reflects the surrounding golden hills and fields within its depths. The cantilevered structure gives the pool the illusion of floating lightly at the cliff’s edge, creating a visual dialogue with the distant valley concert hall.

池面面层采用深邃蓝色材料，如镜面般倒映着天空的流云与叠嶂山峦，与周围的古老岩石、原生大树共同构成 “人工与自然对话” 的场景。铺地选用与建筑同色系的混凝土石材，保证视觉统一性。冬季池水排空后，池底的石材纹理与周围的枯木寒枝形成另一番荒野景致，无需人工干预便完成了季节转换的景观叙事。

The pool’s surface layer employs a deep azure material, mirroring the drifting clouds and layered mountain ranges like a reflection. Together with the surrounding ancient rocks and native trees, it creates a scene of ‘artificial and natural dialogue’. The paving uses concrete stone in the same colour scheme as the architecture, ensuring visual unity. When drained in winter, the stone textures of the pool bed, juxtaposed with the surrounding bare branches and withered wood, create a distinct wilderness landscape. This seasonal narrative unfolds without artificial intervention.

藏式小院样板间，景观结合藏式传统建筑与生活方式，以 “围合院落” 的私密内核为基底，窄巷式小径呼应藏村街巷尺度。把藏式 “围炉聚谈”场景植入到这个小尺度庭院，让传统生活核心转化为社交休憩空间。丛生草本、自然舒展的树木呈现野趣质感，光影交错，契合原生松弛的氛围。

Tibetan-style courtyard show flat, where the landscape integrates traditional Tibetan architecture and lifestyle. Centred around the intimate core of an enclosed courtyard, narrow alley-like paths echo the scale of Tibetan village streets. The Tibetan tradition of ‘gathering around the hearth’ is transplanted into this compact courtyard, transforming the heart of traditional living into a social retreat. Clusters of herbaceous plants and naturally spreading trees lend a rustic charm, while interplay of light and shadow complements the inherent relaxed atmosphere.

除了酒店组团，纬图在两年前主持设计的北区住宅景观也在持续生长，与这片山谷更深入融合。阿那亚金山岭的设计持续以在地性、低维护、成本可控、通达性、安全性为策略，利用简约语言、自然材料和在地植物， “润物细无声”的在金山岭长城脚下的山脊与谷地之间创造出真正的山野栖居。

Beyond the hotel complex, the residential landscape in the northern district designed by Weitu two years ago continues to evolve, integrating ever more deeply with this valley. Anaya Jinshanling’s design strategy remains rooted in locality, low maintenance, cost control, accessibility and safety. Employing a minimalist language, natural materials and indigenous flora, it quietly yet profoundly creates authentic mountain dwellings amidst the ridges and valleys at the foot of Jinshanling Great Wall.
