Since purchasing this property the clients had modified the interior in line with their love of Art Deco style and were looking to upgrade their exterior roof terraces to compliment this. The clients were keen to invest in a contemporary roof terrace design in order to add value to their property, as well as providing a beautiful entertaining space for them to enjoy. In order to transform their Cambridge roof terrace into an ideal space to entertain, Aralia designed a contemporary rooftop garden which incorporated elements such as a bespoke fire table, an informal dining area and an outdoor lounge area. Working to enhance the indoor/outdoor feel of the terrace, Aralia chose materials that would complement the existing copper trim and glass façade of the building, as well as featuring clean lines and geometric styles that would reflect the contemporary elegance of the interior.

Aralia are providing a full Design & Build service for this landscape project, taking the project from concept through to full implementation of the whole masterplan. Aralia are also providing support services to secure planning approval on behalf of the clients for their Cambridge Roof Terrace
