Tierra Design (S) ：Tembusu这个名字来自于新加坡和东南亚的常绿阔叶树。（Tembusu—香灰莉树），不仅其构造体现着浓浓的环保意识，而且所用材料均为再生资源。景观花园有意识地运用一种环境友好的可持续设计，将新加坡的积极、美丽和清洁(ABC)负责的水管理项目整合起来，建立一个雨林环境。清晰的水特征捕捉和保留雨水通过蜿蜒的溪流和繁茂的绿色花园，植被的swales和雨水花园保存，收获和再利用水。在建筑物之间和周围，选择紧急和树冠树来模拟典型的雨林环境。

Tierra Design (S) ：The name Tembusu comes from the evergreen hardwood tree that is native to Singapore and South East Asia. The landscape garden consciously applies an environmentally friendly sustainable design by integrating Singapore’s Active, Beautiful and Clean (ABC) responsible water management program to establish a rainforest environment. Articulated water features capture and retain rainwater through meandering streams with lush green gardens, vegetated swales and rain gardens that conserve, harvest and reuse water. Between and around the buildings, emergent and canopy trees are chosen to emulate a typical rainforest environment.

建筑设计来自ARC Studio Architecture & Urbanism，荣获2017SIA建筑设计荣誉奖。Tembusu倡导一个环保意识的建筑，充满可再生资源。Tembusu创造了一个人性化的高密度居住空间，在三个相互连接的超级公寓周围编织了一个空中花园的挂毯。天空走廊将每个天空花园串联在一起形成了一个延伸天空公园。这创造了一层半公共的私人空间，促进居民之间更大的社区互动。

Architectural design comes from arc studio architecture & urbanism and won 2017 sia architectural design honor award. Tem busu advocates an environmentally conscious building full of renewable resources. Tem busu has created a humanized high-density living space, weaving a tapestry of air gardens around the three interconnected super apartments. The sky corridor connects each sky garden together to form an extended sky park. This creates a semi-public private space and promotes greater community interaction among residents.

不同品种的攀缘植物和藤蔓植物的垂直丝状结构创造了一个全新的生活门面，将建筑与自然融为一体，使高大的立柱的效果变得柔和。这个由许多单元绿色小花园组成的天空公园充当一个巨大的环境过滤器。在天空公园，每个空中豆荚花园都充当一个小型私人聚会和活动的社区空间。作为家庭的延伸，每一个天空吊舱允许每个居民享受美丽的高层风景或与朋友分享他们的经验。

The vertical filiform structure of different varieties of climbing plants and vines creates a brand-new living facade, which integrates architecture with nature and softens the effect of tall upright posts. This sky park, which consists of many small green gardens, serves as a huge environmental filter. In skypark, each skypod garden serves as a community space for small private gatherings and activities. As an extension of the family, each sky pod allows each resident to enjoy beautiful high-rise scenery or share their experiences with friends.

Landscape design is designed around a rainwater restoration system, which is expressed as streams and ponds. Landscape changes during rainfall have a tidal effect system.

From a vibrant swimming pool to a quiet lounge, the green-covered community hot spring garden has facilities including party villas, lawns, hot spring gardens and a completely disguised tennis court. The gathering booth is a distribution center integrating pools, storerooms and washrooms.

在Tembusu下雨时，精心设计的潮汐水景池会捕捉并保留雨水。这是一个生机勃勃，不断变化的景观 ，这就像潮湿的雨林中发现的那样，在郁郁葱葱的景观中产生了曲折的溪流。

When tem busu rains, the well-designed tidal waterscape pool will capture and retain rainwater. This is a vibrant and changing landscape, which, like what is found in the humid rainforest, produces meandering streams in the lush landscape.

The forest stream walks along the road, and the children’s game lounge stands among the green bushes, each providing a soothing oasis.
