Tierra Design (S) Pte Ltd：该项目的景观设计以赤道雨林为主题，以一种原产于新加坡并在东南亚其他地方有所发现的常绿阔叶树香灰莉木(Cyrtophyllum fragrans) 命名。
Tierra Design (S) Pte Ltd：Named after the Tembusu tree (Cyrtophyllum fragrans) an evergreen hardwood tree native to Singapore and found elsewhere in South East Asia, the Project’s landscape design adopts an equatorial rain-forest theme.
该项目采用了新加坡公共事业局（PUB）的“ABC”水管理战略，得益于捕获和滞留雨水的铰接式水景，郁郁葱葱的绿色庭院、植草沟和雨水花园小溪贯穿场地。
Singapore’s PUB Active, Beautiful and Clean (ABC) rain-water management program was adopted for this project. Through articulated water features which capture and retain rainwater, lush green gardens, vegetated swales and rain garden streams abound.
现场种植了香灰莉木和其他挺水植物以及雨林冠层树木，有助于帮助改善和加强雨林环境。 从战略上讲，该项目保存、截留、过滤和净化收集的雨水，并最终回收和再利用。
Tembusu and other emergent and canopy trees were planted on the site to help enhance and to reinforce the rain-forest environment. Strategically, the project conserves, harvests, filters and cleanses the captured rain-water which is eventually recycled and reused.
