The Worli Apartment takes up the 68th, 69th and 70th floors of one of the towers located in a high-end neighbourhood in Mumbai. The ‘villa in the sky’ concept creates a new typology of high-end living for the managing director of Omkar.

The same elements and spatial qualities that define a villa are reinterpreted into the design of the triplex apartment. The Worli Apartment interior spaces include five-bedroom penthouse suites, three guest bedrooms, a private office, a kids play area, a bar area, a home theatre, a library, in addition to a balcony for each bedroom.

The link between the master bedroom on the top-most level and the family areas is achieved through a double-height stair lobby, which helps it maintain its sense of privacy.

The gym is shifted towards the double height façade on the 69th floor, to provide its users with views overlooking the infinity pool and garden area.

The overall interior palette focuses on minimalist décor, natural elements and contemporary furnishings, which is featured prominently in this design of the living room and bedrooms.

The interior colour and material palette use a primary earthy palette which is soothing, offering a relaxed yet luxurious ambiance.

The first floor is designed to include a small garden, pool deck, and lounge space for family events and private gatherings. By creating an opening in the third-floor slab, the design allows for a triple-height water fall to cascade into the infinity pool on the first floor. An additional luscious family garden is provided on the roof.
