The Address Beach Resort is a mixed-use twin 77 storey tower development that will accommodate a 217 key five-star hotel, 478 residential apartments as well as 444 serviced- branded apartments. The project is a multi-storey, mixed-use development which will have an effective built up area of approximately 242,000m2.

The towers have a total height of 301m occupies a prime location at the end of JBR beach. The building comprises three podium levels which make up the front and back of house. The western tower holds 14 floors dedicated to hotel and 54 floors of services apartments.

The eastern tower is occupied with 68 floors of residential apartments. The building is topped by a roof-top destination restaurant, bar and infinity pool.

The podium includes a wide selection of specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant and destination bars within the tower, on the pool decks and at the end of the revetment as an entrance to the Dubai Marina.

Car parking is located on three basement levels of the building and in three levels of podium for valet parking of the hotel, with a built-up area of 60,897m2. It provides 1,503 car parking bays.

The tower’s pure form is an ellipse in plan with a void in the centre that serves to increase daylight penetration and views to the Palm, JBR beach and the horizon. In essence the building functions as two towers with separate cores that are connected at the base for the lobby and at the top for the penthouses and sky lofts.
