Aralia were appointed to work alongside the architects, to assist with securing planning approval for this conversion from a sub-station to a block of residential apartments. The developer client briefed us to create a landscape scheme for the communal garden & driveway areas, as well as the 9 individual terraces on the ground floor.  Aralia Landscape Architects created terraces that maximised the garden space to its full, which in return will maximise the client’s investment when the properties are eventually built and sold. The project is currently on hold, pending further instruction.

Aralia are working as Landscape Architects working within a multi-disciplinary consultant team which includes Architects, Structural Engineers, Cost Consultants a range of sub-contractors. Aralia were responsible for concept creation through to design detail.

Driveway and Entrance Gates, Natural Stone terraces, Hardwood Decking, Bespoke Fencing for Screening & Privacy, Water Features and mix of evergreen and herbaceous contemporary planting scheme.
