WTD纬图设计：万华武汉项目被命名为麓洲生态城，延续成都麓湖核心基因：规划贯通地块内天然水系，重构亲水度假IP，复刻成都麓湖滨水活力。

WTD: The Wanhua Wuhan project has been named Luxeisland Eco-City, carrying forward the core DNA of Chengdu’s LuxeLake Eco-City: the plan integrates the natural waterways within the site, and replicates the vibrant waterfront atmosphere of Chengdu’s LuxeLake Eco-City.

麓客岛选址于项目最核心的岛区，和成都麓客岛一样，利用远期开发用地打造都市近郊型微度假目的地，达成品牌造势、文旅引流、品牌孵化的目标。总规划面积20万㎡的武汉麓客岛，正好是成都麓湖生态城“麓客岛+美食岛+CPI”的面积总和，也是万华在成都本土迭代多年的文旅商业模型第一次在异地的整体性输出。

Lukeisland is situated in the most central island area of the project’s master plan. Similar to Chengdu LuxeLake Eco-City, it utilizes long-term development land to create a micro-vacation destination near the city, achieving goals of brand promotion, cultural tourism attraction, and brand incubation. With a total planned area of 200,000 square meters, Wuhan LuxeIsland precisely matches the combined footprint of Chengdu LuxeLake Eco-City’s “Island + Food Island + CPI” zones. It also marks the first comprehensive export of Wanhua’s cultural tourism business model—refined over years of local iteration in Chengdu—to an external location.

生活在远古辽阔浩渺的云梦泽之地，武汉人自古与水共生，骨子里与水有着亲密联系。从小在长江水里泡大，江、河、湖、溪已经满足不了他们对水的深层向往，我们放眼全世界，去寻找人类最理想的水居生活方式，试图把所有突破想象的滨水休闲度假方式荟聚于此，让市民在家门口就能获得最极致的滨水微度假体验。

Wuhan people have coexisted with water since ancient times, forming an intimate bond with it.We seek the most ideal waterfront living experience for humanity, striving to gather every imaginable form of waterfront leisure and vacation here. This allows Wuhan citizens to enjoy the ultimate waterfront getaway right at their doorstep.

项目原始规划亲水性有限，我们大胆调整用地平面形态，形成西侧主岛+东侧群岛的“1+6”岛链结构。西岛面积达17万㎡，可承载更丰富多元的度假场景，东侧岛链根据一岛一业态、一岛一故事的原则进行定制，由此形成以大小不同岛屿为基本单元的水乡空间聚落。

The original project plan featured limited waterfront access. We boldly restructured the site layout to create a “1+6” island configuration: a main island on the west flanked by a cluster of smaller islands to the east. The western island spans 170,000 square meters, enabling diverse resort experiences. The eastern islands are developed under the principle of “one island, one story,” forming a waterfront settlement where islands of varying sizes serve as fundamental units.

滨水界面价值挖掘

WATERFRONT VALUE TAPPING

小巧灵动的岛链空间结构，把场地的亲水界面从原规划的1900M扩大到5100M，让习惯大江大湖的武汉人拥有了更精致迷人的滨水体验。通过空间旷奥度对岸线的进一步梳理，我们将滨水界面划分为开敞型、内聚型、内生型三大类。

The compact and agile island spatial structure expands the waterfront interface from the originally planned 1,900 meters to 5,100 meters, offering Wuhan residents accustomed to vast rivers and lakes a more refined waterfront experience. We categorize the waterfront interface into three main types: open-access, cohesive, and self-sustaining.

开敞型界面主要围绕外河展开，视域广、景深大，适合布置森之剧场（活动草坪）、沙滩俱乐部、落日灯塔等需要大尺度空间画面的场景，以及浆板中心、岛风礼堂等受欢迎的亲水度假消费场景。内聚型界面既是岛与岛之间的软质隔离，也因为亲人的水域尺度而更具生活氛围。浮云水集、水线公园、焰火食集……一幅野奢与松弛相融的水上度假风情画卷徐徐展开。内生型界面是根据经营业态需要，将水向地块内部渗透而形成的主题化场景，比如花岛簇拥的寻麓君花园。

The open interface primarily unfolds along the outer river, offering expansive vistas and deep visual depth. It is ideal for large-scale spatial elements like lawns, beach clubs, and sunset lighthouses, as well as popular waterfront leisure destinations such as the Paddleboard Center and Island Breeze Auditorium.

The cohesive interface serves as a soft separation between islands while fostering a more intimate, residential atmosphere due to its intimate water scale. Floating Cloud Water Collection, Waterline Park… a waterfront resort tableau unfolds, blending rustic luxury with relaxed elegance.

The endogenous interface creates thematic scenes by channeling water into plot interiors based on operational needs, exemplified by Xunlu Jun Garden.

我们挖掘不同水岸表情的景观价值，叠合主题业态内容，形成缤纷多彩、张弛有度的亲水界面，成为该项目最具辨识度的场景记忆，既照顾了游客的视觉和体感，又提升了经营业态的景观溢价，在公共性与经营性之间取得最大平衡，滨水用地价值得以最大释放。

We explore the landscape value of diverse waterfront expressions, overlaying thematic content to create a vibrant waterfront interface. This becomes the project’s most recognizable scene memory, catering to visitors’ visual and sensory experiences while enhancing the space’s commercial value. It achieves the optimal balance between public accessibility and operational viability.

INCREASED VALUE OF INSIDE ISLAND

西岛内陆腹地进深较大，如何提升其文旅景观价值也是景观规划重要工作之一。场地的趣味性来自于地形对人视觉和体感的反馈。场地原始竖向关系相对简单，我们利用弃土堆山的方式进行地形重塑：一高两低的三个制高点，形成山头之间的对望关系，成为全岛的视线焦点；相对高差达17米的山脊给游客提供了在山顶漫步俯瞰湖区岛链的视野，也将场地自然划分出山坡、谷地等丰富的地形地貌，不同主题的山地度假业态散落其间。以“坐岛听风观山湖”的大地景观肌理，提供“类海岛放空体验”。

The interior of West Island extends significantly inland, making the enhancement of its cultural and tourism landscape value a key focus of the landscape planning. The site’s original topography was relatively simple. We reshaped the terrain by using excavated soil to create three elevated points—one high and two low—forming a visual dialogue between the hills. These points serve as focal points across the island. The ridge, with a relative elevation difference of 17 meters, offers visitors panoramic views of the lake area while naturally dividing the site into diverse topographies like slopes and valleys. Spaces with distinct themes are scattered throughout these varied landscapes.

丘陵：在起伏的地形中，既有树林包裹掩映在山中的绿野森林（露营地），也有沿着梯步缓缓向上至小岛最高点去远眺城市的天梯草坪，还有坡地上刺激玩乐的勇者之丘等待你去探险。

谷地：丘陵之间的谷地，我们也挖掘出更多景观场景，生动活泼而充满异域风情的小岛动物农场、与样板岛遥相呼应的森之剧场，超现实神秘梦境般的寻麓花园等。

Hills: Amidst undulating terrain, discover forest campgrounds nestled within green valleys, shrouded by woodlands; ascend the Sky Stair Lawn along terraced steps to the island’s highest point for sweeping city views; and venture to the thrilling Braveheart Hill amusement park on the slopes for adventure.

Valley: Nestled between the hills, we’ve carved out more scenic spots—a vibrant, exotic island animal farm and the Forest Theater, mirroring the Model Island across the valley.

滨水业态和山地业态通过一条环游动线串联一体，既保证了功能和交通的紧密衔接，又营造出具有山水辨识度的景观画面、松弛而有机的游逛空间，呈现一个全新的微度假目的地。

Waterfront and mountain-based attractions are interconnected through a circular circulation route, ensuring seamless functional and transportation links while creating distinctive landscape vistas with mountain-water character and relaxed, organic strolling spaces—presenting an entirely new resort destination.

“纯资源导向”型的文旅开发，往往面临投资大、回报慢、招商难的困境，最终也容易落入“好山好水好无聊”的俗套，而“风景-场景-目的地”的体验漏斗设计，创造“慕名而来、不舍离开、还想再来”的心流体验，才是当代都市人对本地近郊型微度假目的地产生依赖的核心。

Purely resource-driven cultural tourism development often faces the challenges of high investment, slow returns, and difficulty attracting investors. In contrast, the experiential funnel design centered on “scenery-scenario-destination” creates a flow experience that draws visitors in, keeps them captivated, and leaves them eager to return. This is the core reason why contemporary urbanites develop a dependency on local, suburban micro-vacation destinations.

The cultural tourism offerings at Wuhan Lukeisland represent the comprehensive export of a model refined over more than a decade by Chengdu Lukeisland’s operations. As the planning and design consultant, one of Weitu’s key tasks involves “destination-oriented operations focused on creating local landscapes, designing experiential scenarios, and unlocking spatial value.”

“1+6”的空间格局中，西岛是一个业态丰富，可独立运营的公园综合体，包含目前市场受欢迎度较好的文旅业态，我们通过景观设计的手法对场地进行留白，预留未来新业态引入和功能迭代的弹性。由纬图担纲景观设计的小岛动物农场、水线公园、天梯草坪、森之剧场、绿野森林等场景已悉数呈现。

Within the “1+6” spatial layout, West Island stands as a self-contained, diverse park complex featuring popular cultural tourism offerings. Through thoughtful landscape design, we’ve intentionally left open spaces to accommodate future new business formats and functional upgrades. The landscapes designed by WTD GROUP—including the Island Animal Farm, Waterfront Park, Sky Ladder Lawn, Forest Theater, and Green Wilderness Forest—have all been fully realized.

东侧岛链则严格遵循一岛一业态、一岛一故事的原则，在概念规划设计阶段对整体空间骨架、快慢交通组织、滨水形态风貌、建设开发容量等重要内容进行弹性设计，既为业主进行前期战略决策和后续设计、开发计划提供重要参考，又预留了足够的方案设计发挥空间。每一个岛的重磅推出，都是一次足够引起全城关注度，不断推高情绪峰值的重大事件。

The eastern island chain strictly adheres to the principle of one island, one industry; one island, one story. During the conceptual planning and design phase, key elements such as the overall spatial framework, fast and slow traffic organization, waterfront form and character, and construction and development capacity were designed with flexibility. This approach not only provides crucial reference for owners’ preliminary strategic decisions and subsequent design and development plans but also reserves ample room for scheme design. The grand unveiling of each island represents a major event capable of capturing citywide attention and continuously elevating excitement to new heights.

The Wuhan Lukeisland Project adopts the proven PUD development model from Chengdu’s Luhu Eco-City, adapting it to Wuhan’s waterfront heritage to achieve a precise relocation of Chengdu’s cultural tourism model. WTD GROUP had the privilege of participating in the entire planning and design process from site selection to implementation. Addressing the local community’s longing for exceptional waterfront experiences despite Wuhan’s abundance of rivers, we tapped into the deep-rooted affection for water and higher aspirations inherent in its residents. Drawing inspiration from global waterfront living concepts, we created a water island settlement landscape designed for viewing, exploring, paddling, and diving.

我们希望通过景观将这片原本服务于远期开发的岛域，转化为一个强大的品牌磁场：以极致的水居度假体验先行造势引流，成功孵化商业品牌，最终反哺整个区域的价值认知。武汉麓客岛便不止是一座岛，更是一次关于城市理想水岸生活的成功预演与价值重塑”。

We aim to transform this island area, originally intended for long-term development, into a powerful brand magnet through landscape design: leveraging an unparalleled waterfront resort experience to generate buzz and attract visitors, successfully incubating commercial brands, and ultimately enhancing the entire region’s perceived value. Wuhan Luk Island is not merely an island—it is a successful preview and reimagining of the ideal urban waterfront lifestyle.
