Luna

Defined by clean horizons and a quiet confidence, Luna is a beachfront residence shaped by light, openness, and restraint.

A sculptural cantilevered upper level hovers above a grounded pavilion, balancing crisp architectural lines with warm natural textures.

Set along the shoreline and oriented to capture the soft rhythm of the day, Luna is designed as a calm retreat—where morning light spills across glazed living spaces and sea breezes move gently through the home. Layered terraces, deep overhangs and framed outlooks create a curated relationship between inside and out, offering privacy without ever losing connection to the landscape.

With its effortless coastal elegance and resort-like flow, Luna is made for long lunches, late sunsets, and slow living by the water—an understated sanctuary that feels both expansive and intimate.
