Aralia Landscape Architects were selected by one of the leading luxury international property developers to renovate the roof terrace of a luxury London apartment. Appointed alongside a team of architects, engineers and interior designers, Aralia Landscape Architects were commissioned to overcome the sites constraints and create a beautiful, high quality roof terrace garden that would attract buyers as well as providing an elegant and contemporary garden space. There was a major privacy issue to overcome and this was done with clever design screening techniques, which still preserved ‘right to light’ for their neighbours.  Aralia divided the space up into three key areas which helped reduce the existing ‘corridor’ effect on the roof terrace. Each area was unique in its design but shared the same material language to ensure a consistency throughout the roof terrace.

Aralia worked as Landscape Architects working within a multi-disciplinary consultant team. Aralia were responsible for concept creation through to design detail, and soft landscaping installation.

Bespoke Cantilevered Oak Bench, Luxury Fire Table, Bespoke Water Feature, Bespoke Garden Table & Chairs, Bespoke Metal Arches, Contemporary Planting and co-ordinating garden planters.   Additional Services included Garden Lighting, Garden Irrigation and Soft Landscaping Supply and Install.
