Appreciation towards Giona Bierens de Haan for providing the following description:

In 2026, there will be close to 5 million registered and driving cars in Switzerland, equivalent to approximately 0.5 cars per resident. Cars are a resource that exists throughout the land. 200,000 cars are taken out of circulation every year, two-thirds of which are sent to countries with more relaxed regulations. Switzerland relies on neighboring countries to “green” its economy. What if we changed our thinking and instead of sending resources elsewhere, we rediscovered their value? In the not-too-distant future, our cars will be nothing more than a memory of a petroleum society. The It all remains installation proposes to look forward, viewing the car as a resource and a building material for future architecture.

In 2026, nearly 5 million cars are registered and circulating within Swiss territory. This represents approximately 0.5 cars per inhabitant. The car is a resource present across the entire territory. Each year, 200,000 vehicles are taken out of circulation. Two-thirds of them are sent to countries where more flexible regulations are in force. It all remains proposes to look ahead and consider the car as a resource, a building material for tomorrow’s architecture.
