Design style

“Awaken” new living standards and create a unique mark for modern homes with a harmonious combination of two types of materials: wood and stone, rustic and luxurious. The gentle wood present throughout the project not only provides a relaxing living space for family members to relieve pressure and find balance in life, but this is also the “point” connecting the interior – exterior space in the Dong Nai townhouse project implemented by Decox Design.
The design chooses a minimalist interior layout aimed at the spiritual value of the user while optimizing the area, freeing up space and limiting the shortcomings of the townhouse type. Besides, to bring true experiences of a living space connected to nature, in addition to the green area planted along the balcony railing, the decorative green pots in the corner of the room will be the factor that helps you find the “landing” of peace and happiness.

Living room

Modern, spacious living room with minimalist interior arrangement, emphasizing functional value. Only basic furniture such as a comfortable L-shaped fabric sofa, an unconventional tea table combined with two armchairs is enough to “fill” the space. A special feature of the interior design is the choice of simple interior design but still shows off the luxury and high-end features of the project thanks to the combination of wood and stone. These two seemingly contrasting materials are harmonized extremely well against the main delicate white background.

On the other hand, instead of using familiar decorative details, the highlight of the living room space lies in the ingenuity in combining and dividing the proportions of materials used as well as the art of using light as a highlight, simple but extremely effective. This is clearly shown through the appearance of stone material on the “wooden wall” and visually stimulating spotlights in key areas such as the TV shelf and sofa area wall.

Dining room

The open design between the living room and dining room areas not only provides a wide view but also helps light and air circulate more easily throughout every corner of the house. The dining table is suitable in size for a family of 4-5 people to dine together. Although still using the simple lines and designs typical of modern design, with the breakthrough in using multi-purpose furniture: the kitchen island combined with the resonant dining table and the boldness in pairing wood and stone materials have brought an interesting highlight to this space.

Master bedroom

Modern, luxurious and high-class are adjectives used to describe the beauty of the homeowner’s resting space. Luxury is not only “revealed” through the materials and furniture used, but also the standards in symmetrical space layout. The design achieves a delicate highlight through the wooden slats on the wall. This detail acts as a meaningful highlight on the main neutral background tone.

Small bedroom

In order to create a harmonious and connected whole, the color palette used in the small bedroom is similar to the main bedroom space with the dominant gray tone combined with the gentle pastel brown tone as an accent. Because the room area is not too prominent, the architect proactively used a modern, neat bed with integrated drawers below to increase the room’s storage capacity. At the same time, the bed system, nightstands, wardrobes, decorative shelves and study desks are custom-made according to room measurements, also showing the thoughtfulness in design.

Children’s bedroom

Children’s bedrooms are colorfully designed to suit the child’s interests and age. The room is decorated in a cheerful and lively theme with motifs such as small suns and cute stars. Not stopping there, to balance three factors: learning, entertainment and rest for children, green tones have been applied to this space to bring a comfortable atmosphere while contributing to stimulating and promoting children’s creativity and concentration.

WC

The toilet is luxurious and unique but not far from the original design idea, which is the rusticity hidden in elements from nature. In particular, we must mention the stone wall details that highlight the intersection between the dry and wet areas. Instead of the smooth, luxurious beauty of the stone surface, the architect chose to replace it with rough, unpolished stone slabs to achieve a certain level of naturalness, which is both impressive, unconventional, and contains mysterious beauty, making it difficult for viewers to take their eyes off.
