Design style
With Decox, every project we undertake is “unique”, because along with aesthetic value is personalization, affirming class according to customers’ tastes. And the Feliz en Vista project is no exception. Along the long journey from listening to Anh’s wishes, to interior design, construction and completion of the project in the last days of 2022, Decox has not disappointed expectations by bringing a living space closest to the design drawings.
Overall, the design applies modern style combined with the spirit of luxurious Luxury to match the elite value of the Sky Mansion apartment. The quintessential mark of the project is a warm, luxurious and classy space with wood and copper-colored metal as the main materials possessing timeless beauty.
Living room
The unique spirit is clearly expressed through the materials and furniture used inside the living room space. The main interior of the room makes a strong impression as soon as it meets the eye. Among them are details such as: two flat sofas made of leather and high-quality fabric with a luxurious stamped design placed back to back to create newness and increase functionality; Glass-topped tea table, styled in sync with branded chests to decorate the area around the TV or reflective copper-colored metal panels covering the wall of the TV area. All have brought a new, innovative whole that is very suitable for the spirit of luxury that the project is aiming for.
Dining room
The dining room is located right behind the living room sofa area in an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable open design. The design uses simple but extremely effective interior layout techniques through the connection between lines, materials and colors. Overall brings a sense of refinement and perfection. If the neutral color scheme, wood, stone, and plated metal materials represent modern beauty, the flexible curves on the furniture and rich reflective materials spread the sophisticated beauty of Luxury standards. The shimmering crystal chandelier is both the focal point and the connection point to the dining table. Through the eye-catching metallic copper color in the decorative details and the wine red tone in the dining chairs, the architect cleverly conveyed a bit of “power” and affirmed the uniqueness and innovation of the project.
Bar
It can be said that this is an expensive space and most clearly shows the personality and sophistication of the homeowner. Arranged next to the dining room in an open design, this area still ensures the necessary privacy for users thanks to the luxurious island table and “bar” that serves as a functional delimiter between spaces. In order to satisfy the passion for collecting and enjoying wines, the architect designed a full-ceiling wine cabinet system with a size that “fits” the wall. To make the atmosphere more cozy, the design chose a wood paneling solution for the ceiling and walls. At the same time, the yellow light shining on the glass cabinet area is also a way to balance the space and highlight the precious wine bottles.
Kitchen
If the whole project is “covered” with warm tones, the kitchen space brings personality and difference through the main elegant gray color. The kitchen is designed in a parallel layout, and is equipped with both upper and lower kitchen cabinets to maximize functionality as well as storage space for the chef. The furniture used is designed specifically to suit the area and space of the apartment. The highlight here is the lightly but impressively decorated wall surface thanks to the deep striped pattern.
Working room
The office space is cozy but no less luxurious with the “signature” gold-plated copper details of the project. In addition to the spacious desk and comfortable bookshelf, the architect also added two glass storage shelves placed symmetrically across the desk. This is both a way to reduce the emptiness and cover up defects in the corner of the room and also to increase storage space so that the homeowner can freely display and preserve their favorite decorative items or books.
Master bedroom
With a simple interior layout but without losing its elegance and luxury, it can be seen that the beauty of the master bedroom space comes from the harmonious combination of materials, colors and styles of each piece of furniture. In terms of color, vivid colors such as brown and bronze from metal, wood and leather are balanced on the white-gray tones of fabric and stone. Contrast always creates a new feeling for space. The dressing room area integrated into the bedroom is clearly separated, but there is still no lack of connection thanks to the use of stylized mezzanine walls to separate the space. The design does not use too many decorations but still makes a strong visual impression. The yellow light shining on the head of the bed, mezzanine wall and wardrobe will be an eye-catching highlight and a factor that adds warmth to this space.
The WC area brings the feeling of a luxurious, high-class space with a combination of marble, bronze metal details and reflective glass. In addition to the sink area and delicate transparent glass shower stall, the architect has arranged a bathtub next to the window to bring the best relaxing experience to users.
Bedroom 2
The bedroom space has gentle, cozy tones but still shows the luxurious and high-class spirit of the apartment. To suit the tastes and aesthetics of the room’s owner, the architect proactively changed the overall dark color scheme to the main delicate white color scheme, but did not forget to add copper-plated details and familiar wood materials in the interior to create harmony and connection between spaces. To increase convenience for users, integrating the toilet area into the bedroom is indispensable. However, this will make the space “shrink” a lot. Therefore, the solution in this case is to choose furniture with modern designs and arrange it in a minimalist layout to ensure spaciousness and airiness for the space.
Balcony
In order to take advantage of the “super awesome” view of the luxury apartment Sky Mansion in the Feliz en Vista apartment building, the architect transformed the balcony space into an extremely “chill” relaxing place with the main material being wood. Besides the small greenery placed in the corner of the balcony, a comfortable single sofa and mini bar area are the main highlight of this area.
