Islandbridge Developers approached Aralia Landscape Architects with a view to providing an enhanced landscape scheme, for a new build mansion that they had built a few years prior.  The country estate extends to numerous acres and Aralia put together an overall master plan for the whole site, that would be installed with a phased approach as and when.  Phase 1 was then detailed up but due to a change in company strategy the property has subsequently been put up for sale. 

The master plan included many garden areas which were core enhancements in some areas, and a complete re-design in others.

Aralia were working as Landscape Architects working within a multi-disciplinary consultant team which includes Architects, Structural Engineers, Cost Consultants a range of sub-contractors. Aralia were responsible for concept creation through to design detail.

Enhancement to all of these areas: Entrance Driveway and Outer Entrance, Southern Terrace, New Outdoor Kitchen Terrace & Walled Garden, Turning Driveway Circle, Seating area to Lake, Formalising of Lawn Areas with introduction of key sculpture pieces.
