The most luxurious apartment in the Feliz En Vista project, with an area of 220m2, the apartment has 4 bedrooms and is equipped with a private elevator and the advantage of a 270-degree view overlooking the entire Saigon River, Bitexco and Landmark 81. The problem for Decox Design is how to create a comfortable, simple and convenient living space but still worthy of the classy value of Sky Mansion.
With inspiration from the combination of modern and luxury styles, Decox chose the main white-wood tone, accented with gold-plated copper details running along the ceiling, walls and interior to bring an overall luxurious, sophisticated and personal look. Due to the use of a lot of dark and cold colors, yellow light will be a balanced solution to make the space more cozy.

Waiting area
When moving from the private elevator to the apartment, you will first arrive at the lobby area. The lobby space brings a sense of classy, trendy beauty with a combination of luxurious stone and high-quality wood. The center of the room is arranged with a pair of “powerful” red-black tone armchairs with a soft velvet upholstery design combined with a white marble table and monolithic marble wall covering to create a highlight for the room. On the other hand, the door system is made from natural wood with uniform color of wall wood, which not only brings a sense of solidity and high aesthetics but also ensures privacy and safety for family members.
Living room
The modern, simple yet high-class spirit has been clearly expressed in the living room space with two luxuriously designed flat sofas placed back to back to create newness and increase functionality. In contrast to the gentle beige and gray tones of the sofa set, the tea table is designed like a high-class “chest”, which is both a highlight and evokes emotions of an interesting vintage space.
Kitchen
The kitchen still maintains the spirit of luxury and luxury with the deep tones of neutral colors and the rustic quality of wooden furniture. Overall, the kitchen is designed in a parallel format with the dry and wet areas facing each other. This will give you more flexibility in the food preparation steps. The dry area with a simple design, integrated electric stove, lower kitchen cabinets and hood system creates inspiration for a comfortable, ideal cooking space. On the other hand, the wet area with sink, upper and lower kitchen cabinets will help you have more space to store and organize your utensils.
Bar – Dining room
The Living Room – Dining Room and Bar are designed in an open format, creating a spacious and comfortable living space. It is no coincidence that the architects chose wood paneling from ceiling to wall in the bar area. Warm wood combined with soft yellow light will help balance the coldness brought by deep colors and cold materials such as glass and stainless steel. In this Feliz en Vista apartment interior design project, the empty spaces on the wall of the bar area and dining room are all used to create a “mini wine warehouse” that can both satisfy the homeowner’s passion for collecting precious wine and also serve as a display and decoration to help highlight the luxurious class of the “upper class”.
The dining room provides strong visual stimulation with highlights from an inspiring rough stone wall. The roughness of nature when combined with the modernity and elegance of the interior and decorations creates an attractive and impressive whole. On the other hand, the stylized ceiling system combined with soft curving pendant lights is also a unique feature not to be missed in this area.
Master bedroom
The harmonious combination of materials, colors and light has contributed to creating a luxurious but equally personal space. In order to bring an impressive highlight to the room, the architect chose to use wood-paneled walls interwoven with decorative mirrors combined with LED spotlights in the headboard area. Opposite the bed is a thin U-shaped partition that covers the entire dressing table, at the same time separating the resting and dressing spaces to ensure the necessary privacy for the user.
Secondary bedroom
The colors used in this bedroom space still follow the standard color scheme of the whole, bringing a unique and luxurious beauty. To provide a large, airy space, ensuring basic amenities such as a bed, dressing table, dressing area and bathroom, the architect has prioritized the use of modern furniture with simple designs but still ensuring the necessary luxury for this bedroom.
Boy’s bedroom
The unique bed designed with the theme of “cars” will surely make your baby fall in love with his own space. Here, the architect chose the dominant blue tone. The blue color not only brings a cool and peaceful resting space but also has the effect of evoking imagination, discovery and helping children develop intellectually.
Girl’s bedroom
The little princess’s bedroom space evokes sweetness and femininity with the dominant white and pink tones. Because the area is not too spacious, the architect only arranged the necessary furniture to serve the baby’s activities such as a bed, a wardrobe with a compact study desk.
Entertainment room
The gaming room inspired by Hi-tech style will surely conquer those who have a passion for high-tech items. The white – black tone dividing the room space into two halves not only creates strong visual stimulation, but the contrast when combined with the blue color from the LED wall lighting system also contributes to highlighting the interior.
WC
The WC area brings the feeling of a luxurious but equally cozy and familiar space with a combination of cold and warm, between stone and wood. In addition to the sink area and delicate transparent glass shower stall, the architect has arranged a bathtub next to the window to bring the best relaxing experience to users. On the other hand, LED mirrors combined with decorative lights and copper-plated details make the handwashing area more luxurious and attractive.
