The DAT office building will consist of 10 floors, a total floor area of 4350m2 with a full range of functional departments, especially the Science and Technology Research and Development Center and the Training System designed and built according to international standards; application of green, energy-saving technology; intelligent management and operation system.

The project is managed and supervised by KOSHI Co., Ltd; built and completed by Viteccons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. DAT office building is expected to be completed by the end of April 2022.
