The boutique full-floor residences boast sweeping panoramic views towards the Brisbane Skylines and down the leafy streets of New Farm.

Located on a prominent corner of Moray and Barker Streets in New Farm, Maison has become a landmark site. The architectural brief for the project was to create a unique collection of sky-homes which have the same spatial qualities and character of a home. Maison, meaning home in French became the underlying driver for the development.

The result was a small collection of 5 boutique sky homes which have an abundance of natural light and sweeping views. The single unit passive floor plan results in effective solar control and cross ventilation.

The concept of the floating disks became further evolved through a landscape veil which wraps the building. This veil is thoughtfully designed as a planter that completely envelopes all levels, providing a soft interface of luscious planting and draped landscaping.
