The project consists of two 18-story apartment blocks that serve low and middle-income families. The apartment manages to be affordable yet still ensure the quality of life by creating a “green and civilized” living environment, a friendly environment with design for comfort leading toward the future and facilitating sustainable development. Design solutions, applicable technology as well as advanced technology systems for high-rise buildings are used to not only deliver investment efficiency and reduce construction costs but also ensure the dwelling quality. A residential area was created with the aesthetic overall site planning to fully accommodate each apartment and the people.
