The South Golden Bay project is located in the core lake area in the middle of the Luxelakes District, south of Chengdu. The site is composed of several strips of land. The super-high-rise building has the largest view of the area, making use of the unique advantages of the site, allowing the building to fully integrate into the nature and the lake, but at the same time ensuring that the privacy of the occupants is not disturbed.

Breaking the boundaries of traditional space, the blurred but orderly scene layout of architecture and landscape aims to create a “boundless world” of harmonious symbiosis and mutual interpenetration. At the entrance, the restrictions on scale are weakened, and infinite nature is felt in a limited space.

The six buildings are arranged in an M-shaped layout, with large apartments in the center and radiating outwards, ensuring the viewing effect of each building. The design of movement lines well integrates the building entrance space with the surrounding landscape environment, making the building a part of the landscape, and the landscape also becomes an extension and supplement to the building entrance. While improving the overall beauty of the building, it also enhances the user’s spatial experience and sense of belonging.

The designers break the boundaries of space and give full play to imagination. Beyond the entrance square room, there is a spiritual field without fixed form, where light and shadow interweave, the forest speaks, the mirror waves, the hidden stones, and the courtyard form a harmonious visual world; beyond the square room, there is a place full of infinite possibilities, where thoughts flow continuously with the changes in space, and people perceive its free and wonderful artistry.

The design team took into account the protection and restoration of natural ecosystems, the use of eco-friendly materials, the maintenance of the ecological balance of water bodies, and the pursuit of plant diversity. The project also continues Luxelakes’s exploration of new functions of “non-standard Commercial Concepts”, promoting social interaction and community building in a more natural and ecological form, and attracting attention from many fields such as tourism, culture, and urban planning. In the future, it will continue to combine multiple fields such as business, art, design, and natural education to show people more possibilities of future ecological living space and play an important role in promoting economic and cultural development.
