The site shape is rectangular with only oneside facing Nguyen Van Linh street. The length is 2.3 times longer than the width. The owner requests that the rooms must have natural light, and the facilities meet the standard 4-star hotel.

With such client’s requirements, the design team proposed a solution that divided the building into two blocks with a large skywell in the middle, with an area calculated by simulation software is 65m2, aimed to provide natural light to the rooms inside. At the same time, the space is filled with green trees inside the building.

A giant tree, along with a small waterfall falling down to the infinity bottom pool, all combined, creating a comfortable, cool space for visitors when entering. Moreover, the lake also contributes to the landscape of the restaurant and welcoming music space.
