An Phu Dong Apartment
Combining from the practical requirements of the investor, ARDOR designed the An Dong Tower project including two blocks of 15 floors and 20 floors with opposite shapes of the ground, formed based on the idea of ”negative version”. positive” of the printed version.
The 15-storey block uses curved glass curving from the west to the main face of the building. The east direction is a flat wall that combines glass panes with aluminum sheet material to minimize the amount of heat absorbed directly into the building.
This design also makes it convenient to install electronic billboards directly towards the busy An Dong Plaza area to create a night landscape.
The 20-story block is a complete contrast. The curved section faces east to create wide views of the intersection of An Duong Vuong and Tran Phu streets, where Windsor Hotel and An Dong Plaza are located.
