Can a vineyard abandon the monotony of rows and become a symbol, a narrative, and a metaphor for a history and a territory? Frederick II vineyard reimagines three iconic elements linked to the figure of the Puer Apuliae: a Greek cross symbolizing a tolerant spirituality, an intersection between Eastern and Western cultures; an octagon symbolizing perfection and harmony; and the lily, a curl that overlaps the precise geometry of the other figures and embodies an icon of nobility and purity.

The vineyard designed in the Foggia countryside, overlooking the Gargano mountains, is conceived through subtraction and welcomes a new figure within it, opening up passageways, internal pathways, and a large central circular area for music and art events in the vineyard.

The night reveals the hidden symbol: an alternating lighting system using white and blue reveals the lily flower from above, a symbol of pride and steadfastness with which Frederick II was often depicted.
