蓝调国际：未来社区——台板之上悬浮绿洲，举与沉的立体叙事，重构生活的本真。

BLUES: Future Community — A Floating Oasis Above the Platform, A three-dimensional narrative of lifting and sinking, Reconstructing the essence of life.

欲举还沉 未来已序

于繁华之心，兑现此刻即可触摸的未来生活

真正的未来，并非一味向前狂奔，而是向上求索，回归居住的本心。元序，即在云端之上，为生活寻回最初的秩序与诗意。在杭州未来科技城核心，建发招商·元序以抬板建筑为基底，酝酿一场关于未来人居的景观革新。我们拒绝循规蹈矩，拒绝将景观平铺于大地，而是让生活呈现出一种独特的张力——欲举还沉。这不仅是空间的重构，更是对未来居住方式的持续迭代：每一次向上求索，都是对过往的超越；每一次沉静归心，都是对初心的回望。

举，是整体抬升约5米，以“空中主场”重构生活的高度，将喧嚣轻轻放下。在迭代的视野中，举不是简单的物理抬升，而是思维的跃迁——让社区从地面解放，让视线与树冠齐平，让生活在垂直维度中找到新的秩序。这是未来人居的姿态：在有限的土地之上，不断向上探索更多的可能。沉，是悬浮其上的立体水院与叠翠绿洲，让归家如沉入一场静谧的度假。超2500㎡的水系层层流淌，五重环岛景观次第展开，每一步都在向静谧深处沉浸。沉，不是退让，而是生活主权的真正回归——在迭代的速度中，懂得沉下来，才是对生活最深的理解。

举与沉之间，是建筑与自然的共舞，是喧嚣与宁静的边界，是城市与度假的和解，更是未来人居不断迭代的动态平衡。景观不再只是二维的铺陈，而成为一种立体、轻盈、富有张力的未来结构美学。在元序，面对有限的体量，我们选择以无限的想象突破边界，构建一个可探索、可感知、可持续演化的未来场景。建发招商·元序的景观之旅，由此启幕——以“欲举还沉”的智慧，在不断迭代的未来中，重塑生活的想象。举，是向上的抵达；沉，是归心的归宿。在这里，真正的未来，不是走得更远，而是站得更高、落得更静。

Rising Yet Sinking – The Future Already Unfolds

At the heart of prosperity, a future life that can be touched right now.
The true future does not charge blindly forward – it seeks upward and returns to the authentic heart of living. Yuanxu (Primordial Order), at the core of Hangzhou Future SciTech City, takes the raisedplatform building as its foundation to cultivate a landscape innovation for future living. We refuse to follow conventions. We refuse to spread landscape flat across the ground. Instead, we let life reveal a unique tension – rising yet sinking (yù jǔ hái chén). This is not just a spatial reconstruction – it is a continuous iteration of how we will live tomorrow: Every upward quest surpasses what came before; every deep return to stillness looks back to the original intention. To rise – the entire platform is elevated approximately five meters, reconstructing life’s height with an “aerial homeland,” gently setting noise aside. Within an iterative vision, rising is not mere physical elevation – it is a leap in thinking: liberating the community from the ground plane, aligning eyesight with the tree canopies, finding new order in the vertical dimension. This is the posture of future living: on limited land, continuously exploring upward possibilities. To sink – the threedimensional water courtyard suspended above and the layered emerald oasis – letting homecoming feel like sinking into a serene getaway. Over 2,500 m² of water flows in layers; five encircling island landscapes unfold one after another – each step sinking deeper into tranquility.
Sinking is not retreat. It is the true return of life’s sovereignty. In the midst of iterative speed, knowing how to sink is the deepest understanding of living.

Between rising and sinking – there is the dance of architecture and nature, the boundary between noise and quiet, the reconciliation of city and vacation – and above all, the dynamic equilibrium of continuous iteration in future living. Landscape is no longer a twodimensional spread, but a threedimensional, light, and tensile futurestructural aesthetic. At Yuanxu, facing limited volume, we choose to break boundaries with unlimited imagination – building a future scene that is explorable, perceptible, and capable of ongoing evolution. The landscape journey of Jianfa China Merchants·Yuanxu thus begins – with the wisdom of “rising yet sinking,” reshaping the imagination of living in an everiterating future. To rise is to arrive upward. To sink is to find home within. Here, the true future is not going farther – it is standing higher and landing more quietly.

01抬——立体叙事

通过整体抬高住区，构建向上生长与向下沉淀的立体空间格局，丰富景观层次，打造立体花园，营造沉浸式海岛度假体验。

By elevating the entire residential area, we aim to create a three-dimensional spatial layout that promotes upward growth and downward sedimentation, enriching the landscape layers, building a three-dimensional garden, and creating an immersive island vacation experience.

高低错落，俯仰皆景

With varying heights, every angle reveals a beautiful view

池底臻选泳池专用陶瓷马赛克材料（深蓝+中蓝+浅蓝）渐变铺陈，以流畅曲线勾勒空间，如星河坠落，似深海入梦，勾勒一方秘境水岸。

The pool floor is adorned with premium ceramic mosaic materials specially designed for swimming pools, featuring a gradient of deep blue, medium blue, and light blue. Flowing curves outline the space, resembling a fallen galaxy and evoking dreams of the deep sea, creating a secret water’s edge.

穿行

穿行于水岸之间，如入山海之境

Traversing between the water’s edge feels like entering a realm of mountains and seas

吧台采用皇家绿奢石，细腻纹理在静默中延展，铺就空间的艺术底色。金属流畅线条构架设计，仿若星轨，于秩序中勾勒流动的空间意境。

The bar counter is made of royal green luxury stone, with its delicate textures extending silently, creating an artistic backdrop for the space. The design features smooth metallic lines that resemble star trails, outlining a flowing spatial ambiance within a sense of order.

层瀑

水瀑层层跌落，垂直成境，以“九溪烟树”为灵感，叠水为笔。多层次水流借竖向高差错落铺展，在有限场域中构建出丰富的空间层次与视觉韵律。

The waterfalls cascade down in layers, creating a vertical landscape. Drawing inspiration from ‘Nine Creeks Smoke Trees,’ we use layered water as our brush. The multi-level water flow spreads out through the vertical height differences, creating a rich spatial hierarchy and visual rhythm within a limited area.

水瀑层层跌落，于竖向间铺陈流动的韵律。光影随波流转，水声潺潺入耳，在抬板之上勾勒出立体的水境诗篇。

Water cascades down in layers, weaving a rhythmic flow in the vertical space. Light and shadow dance with the waves, while the sound of water gently flows into the ears, sketching a three-dimensional poetic landscape of water above the raised platform.

02 沉——无界渗透

车马厅以“天圆地方，四水归堂”为设计哲学，重塑归家的仪式感，于方寸间彰显尊崇与艺术。

The Carriage Hall, guided by the design philosophy of ‘Heaven is Round and Earth is Square, Four Rivers Return to the Hall,’ redefines the sense of ritual in returning home, showcasing reverence and artistry within a limited space.

空间以定制铺装花纹为基底，向中心汇聚，铺陈奢艺基底。中央水景由绿野仙踪与巴西利亚黑奢石打造，动水静呈，于无声中见尊崇。

The space is based on custom paving patterns that converge toward the center, laying out an extravagant artistic foundation. The central water feature is crafted from Emerald Green and Brasilia Black luxury stone, presenting a tranquil flow that silently conveys a sense of reverence.

03 延——秩序重构

近百米超长界面门厅横向铺展，气势恢宏。入口雕塑以“城市方舟”为核心概念，静立水景之上，以极简之形，承载科创先锋的梦想与创新，于此启航，驶向广阔未来。

The nearly hundred-meter-long interface foyer extends horizontally, exuding grandeur. The entrance sculpture, centered around the concept of the ‘Urban Ark,’ stands above the tranquil water feature, embodying simplicity while carrying the dreams and innovations of pioneers in technology and creativity, setting sail towards a vast future.

▽以“城市方舟”为核心的入口雕塑

水景采用宝格丽黑大理石，两侧花池采用安缦璞白与美国白金花岗石整石打造，造型形似聚宝盆，承“明堂有水”之形，纳“招财进宝”之意。黑白相映，刚柔并济，于方寸间凝练东方哲思与现代奢艺。

The water feature is crafted from Bulgari black marble, while the flower beds on both sides are made of solid Aman Pura white and American white gold granite, shaped like a treasure basin. This design embodies the concept of ‘a hall with water’ and symbolizes ‘attracting wealth and prosperity.’ The interplay of black and white harmonizes strength and softness, capturing the essence of Eastern philosophy and modern luxury within a limited space.

匠心营造

车马厅水景采用椭圆双曲整石加工，放射状排版深化，厂家加工预拼装，由厂家工人到场安装，现场未进行任何切割，6道圆环全部对缝轴线对称，采用白色益胶泥粘结及干挂固定。

Artisanal Craftsmanship

The water feature in the carriage hall is crafted from elliptical hyperbolic stone, with a radial layout that enhances its design. The manufacturer prefabricated and pre-assembled the pieces, which were installed on-site by factory workers without any cutting. All six circular rings are symmetrically aligned along the seam axis, bonded with white epoxy and fixed with dry hanging.

场地铺装以两种及以上材质拼花演绎，通过肌理与色彩的层次对比，赋予空间独特的符号语言。

The venue flooring is crafted with a mosaic of two or more materials, using the contrast of textures and colors to endow the space with a unique symbolic language.
