The GLS scope for this 88 unit market rate apartment building at a prominent flatiron site consists of new at-grade improvements on Market and 15th Streets with stone Ginkgo trees, cobbles, and low plantings.
Certified LEED Platinum, 2175 Market Street holds a ground level internal courtyard over parking with a grove of River Birch trees, a mural by San Francisco artist Ben Eine, dramatic night lighting and rich white masonry materials to brighten the space. The roof offers dramatic views, with furniture for parties and hammocks for resting, as well as a barbecue and firepit.
