奥雅 ：中国铁建.花语江南项目位于嘉兴老城南，是城市情节最深的区域，更是城市发展的原点；嘉兴人对老城南的一草一木，一砖一瓦，充满了情感。项目旨在秉承地域特色文化——嘉兴精神，结合可持续发展的自然景观，立足当代，展望未来，打造一个隽永、刚柔兼备、极富江南氏族精神的现代高端住宅区景观。

L&A：The project located in the old south of Jiaxing, is the region with the deepest feelings of the city and the origin of the city’s development. Jiaxing people are full of emotion towards the grass, wood, brick and tile in the old south of the city. The project aims at adhering to the culture with regional characteristics – Jiaxing spirit, combining with the natural landscape of sustainable development, based on the present age, looking forward to the future, and creating a modern high-end residential area landscape that is meaningful, and is extremely rich in Jiangnan clan spirit.

用现代语言描述江南气韵，用去风格化的表现手法延续东方风格，提出“泛东方”审美景观，注重营造文化氛围，强调人文关怀及其实际功能；注重地域性和居民的归属感，提供独一无二的用户体验；营造极简的空间形式，使用精致的、极具质感的空间材质，建筑景观无缝对接，通过繁与简的对弈来创造大繁即简、神韵在心、美是生活的泛东方审美景观。

Use modern language to describe the charm of the south of the Yangtze river, continue the oriental style with the expressional method of removing style, put forward ” pan – oriental” aesthetic landscape, pay attention to creating cultural atmosphere, and emphasize humanistic care and its practical functions. Paying attention to the region and residents’ sense of belonging, and providing unique user experience; Create a minimalist space form, use exquisite and highly textured space materials, seamlessly connect architectural landscapes.

中心水景与星光灯，提炼荷花元素在池底布置星光灯，低调而不失高雅。

The central waterscape and starlight lamps refine lotus elements and decorate at the bottom of the pond. They are low-key and elegant.

开阔大草坪与镜面水景光照充足，与之前的空间产生更加强烈的明暗对比，更增空间的张弛收放之感。

The open lawn and the mirror waterscape have sufficient illumination, which produces a stronger contrast between light and shade with the space and increases the sense of relaxation of the space.

疏朗草坪，提供活动空间；松石景墙，视觉焦点。

Sparse lawn provides an activity space; stone and wall become the visual focus.
