Set in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Center the Omniyat Towers was a design competition for a 200m high office building and 320m high hotel and Serviced Apartment tower with a linked podium, and feature plaza opposite DIFC central. The proposals aimed to offer a high degree of efficiency while also having a strong design philosophy that blends Art and Architecture.

The central podium supports two towers, one reaching higher than the next. The two towers are oriented toward the Burj Khalifa tower. Exclusive restaurants and luxurious retail shops are integrated into the mixed use podium structure.
